Polish & Prepared
A Signature 4-Phase Empowerment & Workforce Readiness Cohort
Polished & Prepared is a transformational experience designed for teen girls and young women (ages 12–18). This structured program blends professional development, life skills, financial literacy, and personal growth to prepare participants for interviews, internships, entrepreneurship, and long-term career success. Each phase builds intentionally on the next creating confident, capable, and career-ready young women.

Lavish Summer Workforce
The Teen Summer Job & Workforce Readiness Program
This structured, short-term initiative serves teens ages 14–18 during the summer months. Participants receive hands-on experience, job readiness training, and mentorship in a safe environment. The program emphasizes professionalism, responsibility, and communication through exposure to real-world work settings. We prioritize youth who may lack access to traditional employment opportunities or structured summer programming.
